Digital Photography: beginners
Get to grip with digital 35mm SLR
(or compact) cameras and learn to feel at ease with the controls.A chance
to explore the composition of images, gain confidence and use digital
imaging software to get powerful results. Ideal for beginners or those
with some experience.

Digital Photography: intermediate
The emphasis of the course is to practise and improve 'in camera'
techniques and to improve images further using Adobe Photoshop.
A course for those who have already completed a Digital Photography for
Beginners' Course or those who have some knowledge of using digital camera
and Adobe Photoshop.

Beauty Retouching
The Beauty Retouching class at 44 Portland Place will give you the possibility to enhance your existing Photoshop skills, using advanced tools and layering to achieve professionally retouched portraits. You sould have a good basic understanding of Photoshop and its features as this course is not for beginners. You will be introduced to skin retouching, make-up and hair enhancement using an array of advanced tools and techniques such as layers, layer masks, blending modes, etc. If you wish, you can bring some of your own photographs, but this is not necesarry and we will provide you with all the needed files.
