Tai Chi: beginners
The ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi promotes health and brings calmness,
relaxation and relief from stress and tension. Classes begin with exercises
to warm up the body and relax the mind. This is followed by Chi Kung exercises
for internal training – restoring energy from within. Students then
go on to practise the Tai Chi form (Yang style).
