Tai Chi: Beginners/Intermediate
The ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi promotes health and brings calmness, relaxation and relief from stress and tension. Classes begin with exercises to warm up the body and relax the mind. This is followed by Chi Kung exercises for internal training – restoring energy from within. Students then go on to practise the Tai Chi form (Yang style).

Tai Chi: Intermediate/Advance
In the improvers class students continue to work on the Long Form but also start the Family Set and Two Person Set.
