ACCESS
People with Limited Mobility
There is a bell on the railings to call for assistance. A portable ramp is available to the ground floor.
The IT studio and the café are fully accessible by wheelchair.

There is a lift which serves the building from the basement to the third floor. Unfortunately, the lift is too small to accommodate a standard sized wheelchair, however the Club has a smaller wheelchair which will fit into the lift. There is also a walking frame.

Toilets for people with people with limited mobility are in the basement.

The IT studio has a choice of computer mouse (joystick, tracker ball, etc.) and access software for people with particular needs. There is an ergonomic chair with lumbar support for users with back problems.

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Two key staff members are proficient sign language users. The Club has good quality hearing loop systems.

People who are Blind or Visually Impaired
Training rooms and member areas are well-lit and additional lights are available for use in training rooms. Trainers have access to a photocopier which enlarges for teaching material preparation and tape recorders are available free of charge to record lessons.

This guide is available in large print and audio audio versions. There is a 'talking lift' with tactile buttons.
